Policies
CONDUCT & SUPERVISION
No food or drink allowed inside of the game trailer.
Party host must be available and onsite when the trailer arrives and for the duration of the event.
If the host is not available at the start of the party when then trailer arrives the party will be cancelled and all funds foreited.
Renter agrees to maintain appropriate supervision of all participants, especially minors.Battle47Gaming staff reserves the right to terminate services if participants exhibit inappropriate,dangerous, or abusive behavior, with no refund provided.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Renter agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of equipmentor property belonging to Battle47Gaming that occurs during the rental period due to negligence,misuse, or abuse by the Renter or their guests.
Renter will be invoiced for the full replacement or repair cost of any damaged or lost items, andpayment will be due within 7 business days of the incident.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation will ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY EMAIL! Please email us at Battle47gaming@gmail.com, we will send a confirmation that your event has been cancelled. Cancellation after 14 calendar days will result in your deposit being forfeited. If you have paid in full and cancel after the 14 calendar days you will receive you refund (EXCEPT THE DEPOSIT) back to the account/card used for the deposit.
PAYMENT
Final payment is due 14 calendar days before your scheduled event. If final payment has not been received your deposit will be forfeited and your event will be cancelled.
WAIVER
A waiver must be completed by all participants and/or Guardian before entering the Battle47Gaming lounge, participants without a signed waiver will not be allowed to enter.
