Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes, players must be 4 years of age. Players 4 & 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while inside the lounge. Players 6 years of age and older have free range of the lounge.

How do I book an event?

You can book your event on our site under book now or you can give us a call at 262-337-5474.

How old do you need to be to book an event?

You must be 18 or older to book an event. Upon arrival for your scheduled event if adult 18 or older is not present the event will be cancelled, and all funds will be forfeited.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, our deposit is $150 at the time of booking. Your deposit is fully refundable if your event is cancelled 14 calendar days before your scheduled event. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna,, Afterpay. We do not accept cash or checks.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation will ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY EMAIL! Please email us at Battle47gaming@gmail.com, we will send a confirmation that your event has been cancelled. Cancellation after 14 calendar days will result in your deposit being forfeited. If you have paid in full and cancel after the 14 calendar days you will receive you refund (EXCEPT THE DEPOSIT) back to the account/card used for the deposit.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due 14 calendar days before your scheduled event. If final payment has not been received your deposit will be forfeited and your event will be cancelled.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please give us a call to get you rescheduled for the next available date that works for you.

Can I add extra time to my event?

Yes, you can add extra time to your event when booking or at any point before your event. You may be able to add extra time to your event the day of based on our availability.

Are food and/or drinks allowed?

No food and/or drinks are to be consumed inside the lounge. Feel free to consume any food or drinks outside the lounge. Wipes and hand sanitizer will be provided.

How many players can fit in the lounge?

The lounge comfortably fits 18 players inside. We can accommodate another 8 players on the outside tv’s.

How does the lounge operate?

We have a generator that supplies all the electricity needed

Do you drive around while guests are in the lounge?

No, we park at the designated location of your event and remain stationary until it has concluded.

What systems do you offer?

We have Xbox Series X, Playstation 5, Virtual Reality, Nintendo Switch 2 and a racing simulator

What happens if there is inclement weather?

The lounge is climate controlled so rain or shine, the party must go on! The outside screens can only be used in dry weather. If you have the outside screens as a part of your event package you will be offered an additional hour of game time for the inconvenience. If the weather prevents us from traveling you will be contacted to either reschedule for the next best available date or a full refund will be given.

What if i need to book within 24 hours?

Please give us a call to speak with someone regarding our availability.

Can I sign into my own personal game profile?

No, due to your owe privacy and protection we only allow for Battle47Gaming profiles to be used.
